    Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • \n

      Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and closing sales.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education, upselling, and account rounding.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Assisting clients with policy changes, updating account information, and issuing insurance documentation as required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • \n

        Property & Casualty License a plus, will assist the right candidate to get licensed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Sales and\/or Customer Service experience, Insurance experience a plus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Strong computer and technical skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
